Village Board supports Chamber efforts

Village trustees have joined the Gurnee Chamber of Commerce in sponsoring the "I Shop Gurnee" campaign. On March 3rd trustees agreed to hang banners on 50 downtown street poles to promote local shopping in its central business district. Public Works personnel have installed the banners on Old Grand Ave. and O'plaine.
